No Facebook Ad Coupon!!I bought this book because of the reviews that mentioned it included a $50 coupon for Facebook Ads. I figured even if the book disappointed, I could use the coupon to get my ads started. THERE WAS NO COUPON WITH MY BOOK! When I went to Amazon again to research this more, I saw on the "back flap" the coupon I was missing. If you want better Sound...I have been using, Producing Great Sound for Film and Video, Third Edition (DV Expert Series) For about a year.
After reading the Book, (And listening to the CD) I now use it as a Reference Manual.
I have Shot Video and Recorded Sound for a few years and always struggled with the Audio, After reading Jay's books (This one and "Audio Postproduction for Film and Video") I am actually getting a handle on the Audio.
I recommend buying or checking out at the Library at least 2 of Jay Rose's books. [...]

Zzzzz...yawn,yawn...huh?If only the writers of this ambitious work had used the concepts they discuss in their writing and presentation. The amount of flawed reasoning simply has to be mentioned, it is unfortunate. Although I am passionate about the subject of themed entertainment, getting through this thick, dull, unexciting and at times logic-stretching book is calling forth every last reserve of self-will and determination.
