Good reading, good ideasIf you haven't had the benefit of working at a major analytically focused company such as Amazon or Google, this book is a really valuable way to learn more about techniques and approaches that will help you understand your users and site patterns, and how to think about analytics.
For me, although I have lived in this world a long time, I still found the book to be very interesting and it sparked many new ideas. I often judge business books by how many pages I mark, and in this one there were a large number I flagged to share with others or to kick off new efforts at my company.
Although I sometimes found the calendar type format in some of the chapters to be ineffective, altogether it was a very valuable read.

Lots of good adviceThis book contained numerous tips and plenty of good advice. This book would be especially helpful for someone who is unfamiliar with social media and needs a beginner's guide. This book also has many good tips for someone like myself who has used social media for personal reasons but has never used it for business purposes. I have been using facebook for a few years, so I skimmed through that section and was still able to find out things about facebook that I was unaware of.
It is also a very quick read. I sat down and read through the entire book in one evening. The author has a very conversational tone to her writing, which makes the book more interesting than many guidebooks tend to be.
